Shipping Policy

Every flute is made and tuned by hand, so a little patience goes a long way.

Processing time

Orders ship within 3–5 business days. If a flute is made to order or I'm catching up on a busy week, I'll email you with an updated timeline.

Carrier & tracking

Flutes ship via USPS with tracking. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your label is printed.

Where I ship

I currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and would like a flute, get in touch and we'll work something out.

Lost or damaged packages

If your flute arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email me right away and I'll make it right.
