I want you to love your flute. If it isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns

You can return a flute within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as it's in original, clean, undamaged condition.

How to start a return

Email me at the address on the contact page with your order number and what you'd like to do. I'll send return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and checks out, I'll refund your original payment method within a few business days. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the flute arrived damaged or incorrect.

Made-to-order & custom flutes

Custom or personalized flutes are made just for you and are generally non-returnable, but if something's wrong I'll always try to help.
