White Cloud Flutes is a one-person workshop. I keep this simple and I don't sell your data — ever.

What I collect

When you place an order I collect your name, email, shipping address, phone (if provided), and order details. Payment card details are handled securely by Square and never touch my servers. If you subscribe to the journal, I store your email.

How I use it

To process and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, respond to your messages, and — if you opted in — send occasional journal emails.

Who I share it with

Only the services that make your order happen: Square (payments), USPS/EasyPost (shipping labels), and my email provider. They only get what they need.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails anytime, and you can ask me to delete your information by emailing the address on the contact page.
